Bennett J. Corn joined the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange (WCE) as President and Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 1997. Mr. Corn was with the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) for 24 years before joining the WCE. He served as the CSCE President and CEO for 19 of those years. Mr. Corn has extensive exchange management experience in a self-regulatory environment and understands the complexities of multiple membership constituencies. Prior to joining the CSCE, he held several supervisory positions at various Wall Street firms. His educational background includes Business Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University (U.S.), American Management Association President’s Council, and the Executive Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs. Mr. Corn’s professional affiliations have included the National Futures Association, Swiss Futures and Options Association, Cocoa Merchants Association, National Coffee Association, Baruch College Fund, and Sugar Club.
