Mitch has 30 years of experience serving banks, investment companies, security firms, and other financial institutions with a speciality in capital markets. A major portion of his time is focused on international markets and international business. He is now serving as Director of Arthur Andersen's "Big Bang" initiative in Tokyo. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Managing director of the Asia/Pacific Capital Markets Network from 1988 to 1991. Established and directed the Capital Markets Consulting Group, serving banks and other financial institutions in Tokyo from 1986 to 1991. Director of the U.S. Western Region Financial Markets practice, based in Los Angeles from 1991 to 1997. Well-known leader in the development of accounting and risk control related to financial instruments, including futures, options, swaps and other derivatives. Authored several books and publications, and delivered presentations on financial derivatives and treasury management products in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Served as a consultant to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for 20 years. Assisted in designing and implementing the Swiss Options and Financial Futures Exchange (SOFFEX).
