Mr. Baudet, born in 1942, holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva. He started his professional career as assistant to the personnel manager of the Placette department store in Geneva. From 1968 to 1970, he worked as a portfolio manager for the Geneva private bankers Messr. Lombard Odier & Cie, and from 1970 to 1973 he held the same position at Union Bank of Switzerland in Geneva. From 1973 to 1978 Mr. Baudet worked in an independent capacity in international chemical and pharmaceutical products trading. In 1978 he joined the Bearbull group as a portfolio manager, specialising in investment funds. Mr Baudet has been an executive Director of Coges since April 1992.
