Roger started his career in 1994 in the trading department with Timber Hill (Europe) AG, in Zug, Switzerland and currently holds the position of Trading Director Europe. Being so actively involved and instrumental in strategic commissions and committees, he soon became a Member of the Executive Steering committee of Interactive Brokers Group LLC. Through his experience gained over the years, he developed excellent communication skills, knowledge, competence and the necessary professionalism required to head the trading department of Timber Hill with 30 traders and to supervise the risk management of the European portfolio which is in access of 3.5 billion euros. Furthermore than defining micro and macro trading strategies, the trading department trades a total of 45 000 trades per day on 32 different stock and derivatives exchanges. Roger is a registered representative and/or trader on most these exchanges and is a keen participant in many exchange projects to enhance market proficiency, transparency and harmonization
