Henrik Paulsson is Senior Vice President of the Derivatives Markets at NASDAQ OMX, and is running the European trading and clearing side of NASDAQ OMX' derivatives business. This business covers equity and fixed income derivatives from 10 countries in 6 currencies. Through the acquisition of Nord Pool, NASDAQ OMX has recently added a major commodity derivatives business. Henrik joined NASDAQ OMX in 1998 and have held several positions at NASDAQ OMX, both in Stockholm and London. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Master of Law. Moreover, Henrik holds a number of board memberships within the financial community in the Nordics, including boards of the Nordic stock exchang Henrik has worked extensively the last years in the creation of OMX Nordic Exchange, including the integration of the exchanges of Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland into one Nordic market. This work has among other things resulted in the merger of three derivatives exchanges and three clearinghouses into one Nordic market.
