Join us at Bürgenstock Meeting in Interlaken in September !

How time flies…. We just closed down the last Bürgenstock conference in Montreux and are already deep in the planning of the next one. As a second step in our exile from Bürgenstock, we wanted to welcome you in another beautiful region of Switzerland, in the world-famous Interlaken in Central Switzerland. Again a very special place! It is located between two lakes (hence its name) and surrounded by beautiful mountains - one of which is a must for a lot of visitors to Switzerland: the "Top of Europe", the Jungfraujoch... spectacular indeed!

I cordially invite you to attend this conference, a unique gathering of representatives and members of exchanges, clearing organizations, market participants, supporting organizations and regulatory agencies in this very special environment.

We will start Wednesday with two special pre-conference events: the Regulators' Meeting and the Emerging Markets Forum (by special invitation only). The conference will officially open in the late afternoon followed by two days of interesting discussions on a broad range of topics. Further information will be implemented on this website on a regular basis, and as things get organized.

While business will be at the center of activities, we will again offer a great array of social activities at this fantastic venue. Networking, after all, is central to any convention. The conference will close again officially with the gala on Friday night, allowing participants to return home on Saturday - if they so wish. No doubt many will prefer to stay a couple of additional days to take in the breathtaking sights and/or take part in the special program we are putting together for a happy few on Saturday, i.-e. an excursion to the said "Top of Europe" (conditions and registrations are available in the Parallel Activities chapter.

As you well know, space at our conference is limited. Sign up early for the event and take advantage of the early bird reduced rate which applies for payments received until the end of April. Early sign-up is recommended especially if you plan to stay on beyond Friday night: the International Jungfrau Marathon taking place on that same week-end will no doubt attract a lot of people to Interlaken.

I would like to express our gratitude to all of you that have supported us in the past and those who do it again this year. Without your help and generosity it would be impossible for us to keep the standard set! I am confident that it will be a memorable event again this year.
