Simon Rostron

With his long-term business partner John Parry, Simon established the London-based PR and marketing group – Rostron Parry Ltd - in 1991. RP’s focus is on communications and the promotion of hedge fund and fund of funds managers, futures and stock exchanges, financial IT operations and, more recently, environmentally focused groups. Simon began working with derivatives exchanges in 1981 and alternative investment groups in 1983 when the European side of the business was in its infancy. He currently represents investment operations with alternative assets totalling over $75bn. A noted bon vivant, Simon was recently featured for his wine tasting skills by the Wall Street Journal of Europe. He has a degree in natural sciences from Oxford University.
