Henrik Paulsson

Henrik Paulsson is President of the Derivatives Markets at OMX, and is running both the trading and clearing side of OMX’ derivatives business. This business covers equity and fixed income derivatives from 10 countries in 6 currencies. Henrik joined OMX in 1998 and have held several positions at OMX, both in Stockholm and London. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Master of Law. Moreover, Henrik holds a number of board memberships within the financial community in the Nordics, including the boards of the Nordic stock exchanges - OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm and OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. Henrik has worked extensively the last years in the creation of OMX Nordic Exchange, including the integration of the exchanges of Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland into one Nordic market. This work has among other things resulted in the merger of three derivatives exchanges and three clearinghouses into one Nordic market.
