Frank A. Magnani is a Partner and Founder of SIP Prime, A division of Securities & Investment Planning Company which maintains offices in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. SIP Prime specializes in providing prime brokerage and execution services to start-up to mid-sized hedge funds, trading groups, banks and financial institutions in the U.S. and abroad. Throughout his 25 year career, Mr. Magnani has worked as marketing director of the New York Futures Exchange; Eastern Divisional Sales Manager for Derivative Products at Paine Webber; Senior Vice President of European Institutional Sales for the American Stock Exchange; and Senior Vice President of Correspondent Clearing and Sales for the Investec Group. Mr. Magnani is actively involved in numerous organizations and committees in the financial industry.
