Hamdi Bagci

Hamdi Bagci was born in 1963. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of Ankara University with a degree in Economics in 1985. After taking his master degree in economics from the Hacettepe University, Ankara, he completed a certificate program on Capital Markets in Maryland University, USA and is currently pursuing a Phd at Marmara University, Istanbul. Before joining Turkish Derivatives Exchange (TurkDEX), he worked as the head of the Accounting Standards Department at the Turkish Capital Markets Board. Meanwhile, he was appointed as the vice president of the Turkish Accounting Standards Committee. Mr. Bagci currently serves as the CEO and the board member of TurkDEX.
