Chris Shillington

Chris Shillington is the Head of Sports PR for Cantor Spreadfair which is a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald the American Inter Dealer broker. He is responsible for all media activity to do with Cantor Spreadfair as well as keeping his hand in with a small amount of specialist trading.

Chris qualified with published works on gambling from Northumbria University and moved straight to working for Cantor Spreadfair. His regular slots on TV are with Sky Sports News, CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, BBC News 24 amongst others including a wide range of radio shows. He has regular spots in The Daily Telegraph, The Times, The Racing Post, The Sportsman, The Observer amongst others.

Cantor Spreadfair is the world's first Spread Betting Exchange. This takes the concept of Spread Betting and puts it into the obviously popular exchange model. The company trades all popular sports betting markets as well as everything from spreads on 'Seats at the next British election', 'Haut Brion 2005 Bordeaux's price' or indeed the 'How many medals Britain will win in the 2012 Olympics?'.
