Framroze is a capital markets professional with over 19 years of industry experience in stock exchange, investor services and share registry organisations. He has extensive experience in Clearing and Settlement Operations, Risk Monitoring and Surveillance, Clearing House Operations, Listing Operations and Corporate Compliance, Automation and Process Review and Customer Services and Public Relations. Before relocating to Dubai to join DGCX, Framroze was Vice-President - Operations at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). At NSE he was instrumental in successfully managing large volume time critical operations and responsible for strategic portfolios including Clearing and Settlement, Listing and Compliance, Membership, Investor Grievances and Arbitration. Framroze represented NSE on various committees formed by the Indian market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to review settlement practices, IPO disclosure and corporate governance norms. He provided invaluable inputs to the SEBI committees in the areas of disclosure of price sensitive information, good/bad delivery norms, corporate governance and investor protection. SEBI made these guidelines applicable to all market participants. Prior to his decade long career with NSE, Framroze set up and built the business of Investor Services of India Limited. He started his capital markets career in 1986 as a Deputy Manager with India’s leading share registry, Tata Share Registry Limited. Framroze holds a Bachelors degree in Science and a Masters degree in Financial Management. He has also attended training and professional development programs conducted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
