A surplus of CHF 500.- by person will be charges if payment is received after the meeting.
Charges include the conference fee, documentation, refreshments during coffee-breaks, Thursday and Friday lunches, Saturday Gala dinner, as well as, for those registered, participation in the companion program and the golf tournament.

No registration will be finalised until payment has been received.


Cancellations:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Refunds will be sent for cancellations received in writing (or fax) before 15 August 2006, but will be subject to a cancellation charge of CHF 300.-. No refunds will be made after that date.
