Dr. Sascha Lafeld

From 2001 to 2003, Sascha worked with Dresdner Bank/Allianz Group, Corporate Sustainability in Frankfurt/Germany as Head of Dresdner's Climate Strategy. He was in charge of the analysis of climate change related risks and opportunities for companies seen from the financial sector perspective.

From 1998 to 2000, Sascha worked as a consultant for international environmental politics at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Paris/France. Furthermore he is advisor for the UNEP Finance Initiative (www.unepfi.org) and the Allianz Climate Change Core Group.

Since January 2004, Sascha holds a Phd. in political science. His thesis was on the implementation of emissions trading at the European and international level.

At 3C, Sascha is responsible for the development, implementation, and marketing of JI/CDM projects (including risk assessment) and the development of climate neutral activities.
