Jonathan Herbst joined Norton Rose as a partner in the London Financial Services Group in October 2002 and was previously Head of European Law at the Financial Services Authority. Jonathan specialises in financial services transactional and regulatory matters. Jonathan is the co-author of the e-commerce volume of the Butterworth’s Financial Regulation Service, is the legal adviser to the Futures and Options Compliance Committee and sits on the joint FSA/HM Treasury committee on scope issues relating to the implementation of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
