Judith Hardt is the Secretary General of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges. The Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) represents Europe’s regulated markets including securities, derivatives, energy and commodity exchanges. It has 24 Full Members representing close to 40 Securities Exchanges from all EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland. Judith is also the Chair of the Administrative Committee of the European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum. Before joining FESE, Judith was Secretary General of the European Mortgage Federation (EMF). Judith’s expertise in EU affairs covers financial services and capital market regulations at EU level. She is a regular speaker at European and international conferences and frequently contributes as a writer and/or editor of financial publications.
