Paul Bowes is Head of Exchange Strategy at Reuters based in London, and is the company's senior liaison with the key global Exchange community. Previously while Vice President of Equity Markets at the Toronto Stock Exchange, Paul was part of the management team that led the TSX through the closure of their trading floor and its conversion into a shareholder-owned company. With a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science and MBA, Paul has had increasingly senior roles in the information technology and financial markets over the past 19 years with companies such as Reuters, TSX and Cicada. Having been based in New York, London and Toronto, Paul has successfully built and sold new products and developed new business around the world. A national of Canada and the UK, Paul is married with two children and currently lives in Sevenoaks, Kent.
