Douglas Trainer

Douglas Trainer is a Partner at LP, a leading London-based public relations and public affairs firm. He has worked with Euronext.liffe since 1998 on a range of issues including: introduction of LIFFE CONNECT®, closure of the trading floor, demutualisation, an anarchist riot and, of course, the acquisition of LIFFE by Euronext. Douglas works on a range of other issues in financial services and beyond, in the UK and Europe. Earlier this year he was seconded to the Labour Party for five weeks to work on its successful general election campaign.
