is Head of Trading and Sales and Member of the Group Executive Board of Julius Baer Holding Ltd. since January 2003. Furthermore, she is Chairwoman of creInvest AG, which is a premier vehicle for investing in hedge funds. Established in 1996 and listed on the Swiss Exchange SWX, creInvest gives its investors easy access to a diversified, professionally managed portfolio of international hedge funds. As a further assignment and in collaboration with the Institute of Banking & Finance at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Ms. Hunziker is Chairwoman of the „Transparency Council Funds of Hedge Funds“ (TCF). The TCF seeks to improve the transparency of hedge funds, as well as to maintain sustainability and quality of hedge fund services. In 1985, she received a degree in business management from the University of St. Gallen, having majored in banking studies. Her professional career began at Citibank in Zurich where, from 1985 to 1986, she was a currency-options trader as well as member of the Trading User Approval Group during the build-up phase of SOFFEX. In 1987, Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter published a book entitled “Strategies with Stock Options”. From 1987 to 1992, Mrs. Hunziker-Ebneter worked at Bank Leu Ltd., Zurich, where she built up trading and sales in derivative securities products and integrated these into the trading departments responsible for the core products of equities and bonds. As a member of senior management, she headed the bank’s securities trading and sales division. In 1990, she was officially issued a securities-trader license, thus becoming the youngest and first female representative on the Zurich Stock Exchange. From 1993 to March 1995, she worked as an independent advisor for banks and companies in the fields of securities trading and sales, derivative products, risk management and electronic exchanges. Her most important advisory mandate was leading the Member Support Centre in the Swiss Electronic Exchange (EBS) project as deputy head of the project team. Since December 2000, Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter has been Head of SWX Group and since February 2001 CEO of virt-x. From 1997 through 2000, she was CEO of the SWX Swiss Exchange and headed the Markets Division; from 1995 through 1997, she was in charge of the Management Services Division. She was a member of the board of directors of SIS SegaIntersettle AG, and until the end of 2000 was Chairperson of the Securities Commission and Index Commission of SWX. On 1st December 2002, Mrs. Hunziker joined the Julius Baer Group as Co-Head of Trading and Sales and is now Head of Trading and Sales and Member of the Group Executive since 1st January 2003.
