Before joining RMF at the beginning of 2003, he was part of the team at Deutsche Bank building up the Swiss investment banking arm for the institution. Mr Della Casa spent four years with the bank as a senior equity analyst and member of the local management committee. From 1993 to 1998 he worked for Alusuisse-Lonza in several leading positions within group treasury. He started his career at Credit Suisse, where he developed capital market transactions for corporate clients.

Mr Della Casa received his degree in Economics and Business Administration from the School of Business in Lucerne in 1988 and he received a Master of Business Administration degree from ESADE in Barcelona in 1992.
