Michael Spencer

Michael Spencer, aged 47, is Group Chief Executive Officer. He was the founder of the private Intercapital Group in 1986 and became Chairman and Chief Executive of Intercapital in October 1998, following the Exco/Intercapital merger. He was appointed non-executive Chairman of Numis Corporation plc in April 2003. He has worked in the City since 1976.
