Roy Leighton is Chairman of the European Advisory Board of CALYON SA the merged international bank of Credit Agricole SA and Credit Lyonnais SA whose derivatives operations include the businesses formerly known as Carr and Rouse. Roy Leighton is a Director of International Financial Services London Ltd, the body responsible for promotion of the UK’s financial services abroad. He is Chairman of the World Bank’s International Task Force for Commodities; a member of the Practitioner Panel under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and he chairs the Industry Committee of the Westminster Parliament’s APG for Wholesale Financial Services in the United Kingdom. He is a Council Member of the British Consultants and Contractors Bureau (BCCB), a Visiting Professor at City University and a Director of the Financial Sector Skills Council.
