Roseanne Kelly

Roseanne Kelly has been Head of Investment Fund Listings at the Irish Stock Exchange since October 2000. Her previous experience includes a 15 yr career with AIB Bank and a 7 year career with Deloitte. Roseanne holds professional qualifications in both Accounting and Banking - Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Bankers in Ireland - together with a BA Finance and a Master in Accountancy from University College Dublin.

The Irish Stock Exchange ('ISE') is a long established European stock exchange. The ISE has been listing investment funds since 1989 and currently lists in excess of 800 funds and sub-funds each year, with experience of many types of investment vehicles, structures and products, having listed hedge funds, feeder funds, multi-manager funds they have listed funds from every major fund domicile.

The ISE’s combination of effective and prudent regulation, flexibility of approach and efficient and timely processing of listing applications has proved attractive and cost effective.

The ISE has specific listing requirements which recognise the evolving nature of the fund sector and is constantly reviewing the Listing Rules to facilate new structures and products. The ISE also commit, and ensure adherence to, strict turnaround times on all documents submitted.

There are presently over 3,500 funds and sub-funds listed on the Irish Stock Exchange - approximately 40% of these are hedge funds.
