Daniel Gisler

Since March 15, 2001 Daniel Gisler has been a Member of the Executive Boards of the Eurex Exchanges with prime responsibility for clearing. In addition, Mr. Gisler serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of EEX European Energy Exchange and is an executive director of the Zurich-based SWX Group. Daniel Gisler is a clearing expert, with more than a decade’s experience in the banking and exchange business. Before joining Eurex he headed up the Repo business at the Swiss Exchange and is thus now closely involved with Eurex`s fixed income business. For the year prior to his appointments to the Eurex boards, Daniel Gisler worked as the project manager for clearing and settlement during the establishment of the virt-x exchange in London. Mr. Gisler holds a degree in Business from the Zurich School of Economics and Business Administration, based in Zurich, Switzerland
