Didier Varlet

Didier Varlet is the Chairman of Ubitrade. Ubitrade provides cutting-edge derivatives technology for the capital market industry and is a market leader in advanced systems for trading, risk and operations management.

From 1987 to 2002, Didier Varlet was Chairman and CEO of Carr Futures group, a global organization he started and developed to become a leader in the futures industry, with offices in all major financial centers. He also served as Chairman and CEO of Carr Global Advisors, a company he created in 1989. Carr Global Advisors specializes in Alternative Asset Management Activities and Structured Products.

From 2000 to 2002, Didier Varlet was Senior Regional Officer of Crédit Agricole Indosuez of North America.

In 1986 and 1987 Didier Varlet managed Derivatives Risk at Banque Indosuez group Paris.

From 1976 to 1986 he was Auditor and Chief Auditor at Inspection Générale of Société Générale.
