Cancellations:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Refunds will be sent for cancellations received in writing (or fax) before 15 August 2002, but will be subject to a cancellation charge of SFr 300.-. No refunds will be made after that date.
