The Irish Stock Exchange ('ISE') is a long established European stock exchange. The ISE has been listing investment funds since 1989 and currently lists in excess of 500 funds and sub-funds each year. With experience of many types of investment vehicles, structures and products, having listed hedged funds, feeder funds, multi-manager funds they have listed funds from every major fund domicile.

The ISE's combination of effective and prudent regulation, flexibility of approach and timely processing of listing applications has proved attractive and cost effective.

There are presently over 2,500 funds and sub-funds listed on the Irish Stock Exchange - approximately 450 of these are hedge funds.

The ISE has specific listing requirements which recognise the evolving nature of the fund sector and is constantly reviewing the Listing Rules to facilitate new structures and products. The ISE also commit, and ensure adherence to, strict turnaround times on all documents submitted.
