Roy Leighton is European Chairman of Credit Lyonnais SA and has been Chairman of Credit Lyonnais Rouse for ten years, extensively involved in both "on exchange" and "OTC financial and commodities derivatives" in Europe, North America and Asia. Roy Leighton has been based in the City of London for thirty years and has travelled extensively in the world’s emerging markets during a career in investment banking and management consultancy. Roy Leighton is a Director of International Financial Services London which is responsible for the promotion of the City's financial services overseas; Chairman of the Futures & Options Association and a member of the Practitioner Panel of the UK's Financial Services Authority. RSL chaired the Working Party for the "City Series" Derivatives Report."
