Kevin Gottlieb Kenety joined Actant AG as CEO in September 2000. Prior to joining Actant AG, Mr. Kenety spent eight years in Chicago and London with the various group companies of DRW Holdings LLC. He began his professional career at DRW in 1992 and has held various positions throughout the company. With his background in economic consulting, policy research, and IT management, he first served as a market-maker in interest-rate options and was further responsible for proprietary development and operations. In 1997, Mr. Kenety co-founded DRW Systems International where, concurrent to his other responsibilities in the Group, he served as Vice-President and focused on commercializing DRW’s risk and trade management architecture as well as strategic planning. Based in London since 1994, Mr. Kenety served as Managing Director of DRW Investments (UK) Limited, briefly returning to Chicago to step into the position of Group CIO prior to joining Actant. Mr. Kenety holds a degree in economics from the University of Chicago, is married and lives in London.
