Jonathan Herbst has been Head of European Law at the Financial Services Authority since May 2001. He was called to the Bar in 1992 and joined Simmons & Simmons in 1994 where he advised on financial services regulatory, funds and investment management issues. He is a member of the Law Society Financial Services sub-committee and has spoken at a number of conferences on Internet related and other financial services regulatory issues.
