Patrick Fell is director of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Regulatory Consulting Group, based in London. He advises brokers, banks, securities firms, exchanges and regulators on governance, compliance, capital management, and risk matters. He has focused on this area since 1986 and in recent years has carried out projects at many of the major financial and trading groups. His team consists of specialists in regulation, both from the accounting/control area and former regulators.
