A graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and of Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, Vincent Taupin was CEO of GTI Finance (a CIC subsidiary) from 1990 till 1994. In 1994, he became CEO of Fimat SNC. In March 1998, he was appointed CEO of Fimat's British unit and Vice President, European Operations. Vincent Taupin was Fimatex SA's General Manager from 1995 until March 2000, when he was promoted to Chairman and CEO.
