Roy Leighton is European Chairman of Credit Lyonnais SA and has been Chairman of Credit Lyonnais Rouse for ten years, extensively involved in both "on exchange" and "OTC financial and commodities derivatives" in Europe, North America and Asia. Roy Leighton has been based in the City of London for thirty years and has travelled extensively in the world’s emerging markets during a career in investment banking and management consultancy. Roy Leighton is Chairman of the Export Promotion Forum of British Invisibles which is responsible for the promotion of the City’s financial services overseas and is Chairman of the Futures & Options Association. RSL chaired the Working Party for the "City Series" Derivatives Report published in June 1999.
